Tracy currently serves as the Chair of the Board of The National Academy of Human Resources. She is also a member of the Board of the HR Policy Association, the HR Policy Institute and was previously Chair of the Cornell Center for Advanced Human Resource Studies.
Tracy has been widely recognized for her work in the HR space, including being named as HR Executive of the Year by Human Resources Executive Magazine in 2015 and a Fellow by the National Academy of Human Resources.
